All application forms should be received by the Parish Council at the Parish Office by 24th August 2017 at the latest.
The council will consider any 2017/18 grant applications at its Full Council meeting on 7th September 2017.
The Council will wish to satisfy itself about the appropriateness of making a grant, so please return a copy of your latest accounts with this form. Estimates, competitive quotations and specifications should also be included if appropriate. The Council will wish to satisfy itself that the completed work is as described and to a reasonable standard and so will expect a report on the grant funded activity once it has been completed.
A report on any 2016/17 grant received from the Council should be included with this application.
